High Yield Training in the Virtual Classroom
In June, August, and October 2009, Dr. Conrad Gottfredson and Bob Mosher will provide a live web-facilitated course. Over a four-weekl period, participants will experience a ground-breaking approach to Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) in which learners achieve outcomes that far surpass traditional face-to-face training. The GEAR methodology introduced in this course is a blended “Spaced Learning” approach that spreads out learning over time. This allows participants to immediately apply what they learn in the context of their own work.
