About Dr. Clark

Dr. Timothy R. Clark is founder and chairman of TR Clark Associates, LLC, a consulting and training organization that focuses on leadership, strategy, and organizational change. He is considered an international expert in the fields of leadership, high performance, and organizational change.
Before founding TR Clark Associates, LLC, Dr. Clark was president and CEO of Novations SDC, a consulting and training organization based in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to that assignment, Dr. Clark served for five years as vice president of operations at Geneva Steel Company, the only integrated steel company west of the Mississippi River. Dr. Clark began his career as a survey research project manager at what is now Harris Interactive in Washington, D.C. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University.
Dr. Clark has worked extensively with corporations, government agencies, health care organizations, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations around the world.
Dr. Clark earned a doctor’s degree in Social Science and Politics from Oxford University and was both a Fulbright and British Research Scholar. He also earned a master’s degree from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University where he was named a first-team Academic All-American football player.
Dr. Clark is the author of numerous articles and columns. He is perhaps most recognized for his highly acclaimed book, EPIC CHANGE: How to Lead Change in the Global Age (Wiley/Jossey-Bass 2007).
